For years I felt frustrated. No one could give me a real answer for why my periods were irregular.
The same advice, over and over: lose weight… go on the pill.
But nothing changed.
I had to dig deeper, for myself. That’s when I found PCOS and hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA).
