ABOUT ME

I have been an energy worker since I was a child, collecting crystals in a crocheted rainbow pouch, finding the right one for the moment, whether it be to soothe a headache or to help increase the peace of my surroundings.

I could be found talking to trees, faeries and unicorns, very much in my own world.

My sensitivities were nurtured in beautiful ways like children’s meditation classes and the comfort of horses and nature but I was always consciously aware of how different I was to what was expected to fit into society.

Along the lines of life I lost touch with my connection to Earth magic, I put my intuition away in a box and stopped trusting my senses…

I developed many protective mechanisms that kept my heart safe but over time my mental and physical health were suffering.

Birthing into motherhood was a brutal initiation that I needed to rebirth myself so that I could nurture my own highly sensitive daughter through anxiety, night terrors and gut issues.

I have journeyed through the dark of depression, healed some deep wounds and return now to guide you.

I support you to nourish your body and mind, embrace your intuition, connect back in with the deeper magical parts of yourself and be the guide that your magical child needs to rise strong and grounded in the world today.

I believe that our physical body and it’s ailments are a complex representation of a cascade of mental, emotional and spiritual influences on the functional physiology of our health.

We can work with our functional pathology and the pathophysiology of our bodies symptoms to tell us a story of our root cause and address the imbalance.

I hold the space for you to embrace your shadows with love, help you to heal the wounds of your past, your childhood and the generational patterns of ancestral trauma.

So that you can be a conscious and connected parent, capable within your own energy to hold the space for your child to nurture their sensitivities, neurodivergence and model the confidence of self worth we strive to give them to grow in health and harmony.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science Naturopathy, working as a Clinical Herbalist, Nutritionist and Homeopath registered with NHAA. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive meditation guide and flower essence practitioner.

The women I work with learn how to overcome the barriers to trusting their instincts, breaking cycles that had them feeling unheard and powerless to achieve the calm centred presence they desire as a conscious mother guiding their magical children to trust their own gifts and voice.

We address health holistically and naturally through diet and lifestyle guidance, spiritual mentorship alongside clinical nutrition and herbal remedies.

I have been in the depths of disconnect and I’ve worked out the practises that keep me anchored in my essence, the medicine woman runs deep in my bones… I have walked a journey of remembrance and I’m here to guide your way.

Getting vulnerable with Some More about me…

This is me circa 1990, a sensitive, intuitive, empathic child.

I was a clingy, attention seeking, connection craving, needy little girl.

As the eldest child my mother was under pressure to provide all I craved… Now as a mother of my own sensitive, connection craving daughter I have been through the feelings of overwhelm, of all the heart crushing anxieties that arise when I am threatened with the thoughts that I am not and could never be enough to fill up her needs…

I was lucky to have a mother who introduced me to the world of energy work young. I’m so grateful to her for taking me to every metaphysical store, and psychic fair she could find… she was searching for answers… she didn’t know what to do with me!!

She needed a guide to show her how to raise me to trust in myself, to feel confident with my gifts of being uniquely me…

But really what she needed was the confidence to model true worthiness and show me how to love and trust myself

I struggled since I was a young child with feeling different from the world around me.

Trying on different masks to fit in with the crowds and appear not as awkward or abstract in my thinking…

The truth was that I felt that my differences made me less than.

Intuitive work comes natural to me.

I began reading cards as a teenager, finding comfort in the magic of the seasonal cycles. A strong bond with my guides and Goddess energy formed from there, leading me to expand into the many modalities I have collected to serve you today.

Once entering adulthood I kept my gifts to myself, I refer to it as the years when I put myself in a storage box in order to try ‘fit in’ but found I was left as only an empty shell of who I once knew myself to be.

As a new mother I struggled with anxiety, frustrations and a postpartum rage that only separated me further from those I love most and I soon learnt that I needed to heal that old witch wound that kept me from being seen, in order to heal myself from the torture of feeling so distant from my soul mission of raising conscious children and being a peaceful intuitive mother.

I needed to bring in my tribe, my village, my like minded support.

My healing business was birthed into creation in 2015 after I had birthed my second daughter, a time when like a lot of new mothers, I was feeling disconnected and empty of my own identity.

I recognised that I really needed the grounding of my roots to bring me back to the centre of who I am so I started working with energy again and working it for my children.

Helping them sleep and find comfort in and out of their own magical bodies.

I began holding child friendly women’s circles in my back yard which developed into many different forms of sacred woman’s work I have been involved in since then.

I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science Naturopathy, with a passion for herbs, food as medicine and the old ways of healing.

I am a Bachelor qualified Naturopath, certified Reiki Master Teacher, Meditation teacher, Crystal Healer, Flower Essence Practitioner, a certified womens circle Facilitator as well as being an unschooling mumma.

I have evolved and embraced so much more of who I am, since shedding that inbuilt shield that I put up to keep me safe from judgement from outsiders who may never understand.

Today I’m living life on my terms, as a freebirthing, unschooling, respectful, peaceful co-sleeping mumma and I am loving that I get to support mummas like you in finding your power within this chaos of motherhood.

Anchored in our roots, we are not just surviving we are thriving!
